On the afternoon of November 24th, at the Da Nang High-Tech Park, representatives from Novamed Vietnam attended the inauguration ceremony of the Fujikin Da Nang Research, Development & Manufacturing Center. This center was built through the collaboration of Fujikin Co., Ltd. and the University of Danang – University of Science and Technology.
The event was attended by representatives from Fujikin Corporation Japan, Fujikin Da Nang, the University of Danang – University of Science and Technology, Novamed Vietnam, as well as central and local government leaders from various ministries and agencies, and the province of Da Nang.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thuy Linh, Director of Fujikin Da Nang Co., Ltd., the project has a total investment of $35 million USD and is regarded as one of the leading scientific research and technology development centers in Vietnam. Its focus lies in the research, development, and production of high-tech medical equipment, such as robots, Nano devices, artificial intelligence (AI), and other modern scientific fields.
From Novamed Vietnam’s perspective, as a close partner of Fujikin, we are delighted to witness the remarkable development of the corporation and its Vietnamese branch. With the inauguration of the Research, Development & Manufacturing Center in Da Nang and the Medical Equipment Research & Development Division in particular, we will closely collaborate with Fujikin Vietnam to research and manufacture modern medical equipment of national and international standards. In the near future, Novamed Vietnam and Fujikin will collaborate to complete and introduce two product lines: handheld ultrasound and remote ultrasound.
This event represents a significant milestone in Fujikin’s development and underscores the strong ties in the cooperative relationship between businesses from both countries.
