Novamed Vietnam at the Global Healthcare Technology Forum

Recently, Enterprise Ireland successfully organized the event ‘Global Healthcare Technology Forum 2022’ in the capital city of Dublin, Ireland. The event took place over 3 days from June 14th to 16th, with the participation of 130 CEOs from global healthcare technology companies representing 22 countries, along with 77 healthcare technology companies from Ireland. Novamed Vietnam is incredibly proud and honored to be a part of this year’s forum.

About the Global Healthcare Technology Forum 2022

The international healthcare technology forum commenced on June 14th, 2022, at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin. Organized by Enterprise Ireland, the forum spanned three days with over 130 top CEOs from 22 countries in attendance. Delegates from governmental agencies and private enterprises came together to discuss the future of the healthcare technology industry and engage with 77 healthcare technology companies from Ireland.

The conference provided a platform for international healthcare organizations to discuss post-pandemic strategies and the role of innovation in improving treatment outcomes. It was an opportunity for Irish companies to understand the challenges global healthcare systems are facing, along with prospects for future collaborations.

Speaking on the eve of the event, Minister for Business, Trade, and Employment, Leo Varadkar TD, stated:

Delegate Presentations at the Forum

Forum timeline

After the conference on June 14th, delegates will spend the next two days meeting with healthcare service providers, inventors, and entrepreneurs to discuss the future of the healthcare industry in Ireland and globally, while also examining the differences that life sciences companies in Ireland are creating.

On Wednesday (June 15th), delegates will be present in Galway and Offaly to visit Tullamore Hospital, guided by the HSE Digital Transformation Unit. They will also participate in meetings with key stakeholders in the healthcare innovation ecosystem in Ireland. Specifically, the meetings will involve the University College Dublin’s Innovation Hub (iHub), BioInnovate, the Irish Health Innovation Hub, and a site visit to a company supported by Enterprise Ireland, specializing in gas-form medications.

On Thursday, delegates will visit St. James’s Hospital, Dublin, with a focus on digital health innovation. They will also meet with senior leaders from research units based in Dublin, organized by the Guinness Enterprise Center, and visit two companies supported by Enterprise Ireland, HealthBeacon and Trulife.

On both days, Irish life sciences companies will have the opportunity to introduce and present their innovative proposals to the delegates.
